Back to all projectsThe site is located in a development area named „Zöldsziget” Residental Park. The sunlight, the features of the terrain, the environmental conditions, the building regulations and the requirements by the developer considerably defined the position and the emblematic shape of the building, as well as the materials. Resulted these aspects we designed the position of the house, the mass and the functional dispositon of the plans.
