Back to all projectsThe tender by the municipality aimed the realization of an apartment house of 110 units, located in the most frequented part of Kőbánya named Szt. László Square. The building regulations obliged us to design a walkway as a connection between the square and the Liget Street in the block. The concept was based on passages which opened the block to the neighbours and to the street both visually and physically. The various patios on different floors have intimate atmosphere and provide more liveable and cosy environment. Hopefully, this project will induce further developments in this area.
