Back to all projectsThe site is located on the most western part of Algyő, on the outskirts of the residental area. The spot is spacious, calm, not loaded with traffic and the orientation is optimal for the designed building. Another advantages are the neighbourng functions; the swimmingpool with a surplus of thermal water and a football-ground. The mass of the building consists of two parts, which are based on the building regulations.Our design thinking was guided by simplicity and rationality. We aimed to design a building having low construction and maintenance costs, but at the same time having a modern design with economical materials and facade structures.
