Concept: Multi-functional development in an agglomeration of Budapest, serving not only its students, but the sports and leisure/events-needs of the population.
During Phase 1, the building has been built to host, 24 classrooms, a “D2”-classified sports hall, a 33m, 8-lane swimming pool, fitness and squash rooms…To ensure the long-term sustainability of the project, 160 geothermal heat pumps and more than 130 solar panels were installed to provide for renewable energy in order to operate the facilities.
Phase 2 features an athletic court with 6 running circuits, a soccerfield, fencing, wrestling, judo and boxing halls as well as an external climbing wall. The soccerfield will also serve the local, professional soccer team in the future.
