Back to all projectsThe hotel was the first step of a long-term development and investment. The hotel rooms were placed on the first floor and the second floor. The ground floor consists of the servicing offices, the restaurant and approx. 700 m2 area thermal bath. The site was narrow, so the building regulations defined the position of the hotel. The solar access and the functional requirements defined the structure of the interior. Our concept was to create two different types of spaces. On the upper floors, we placed the rooms with a cell structure on both sides of a central corridor, in contrast to the ground floor where we created fluid space system with small sized boxes for services.
