On the remaining parts of the building of residental of edifices would continue.The northern part of the site probably will become a transport hub in the near future, thus a service building were placed there. We aimed to build as little as possible, so the size of the building were not based on the building regulations, preserving more green space and to planing the various functions rationally. The plan took advantage of topographic features, we placed the functions which don’t require facade surface into the hillside.
