Back to all projectsMixed-function block building of 110.000 m2 floor space at the center of Zuhovsky suburb in Moscow. The shopping mall consists of the basement and 3 levels above. The lead designer of the multifunctional project was the Budapest office of the English Dyer Group. Our office acted as “co-designer” on the project, preparing the interior design concept and the tender plans of the shopping mall of approx. 5000m2. During the design process, we got a free hand to create a modern and attractive city center agora, while respecting the original function mix and the static properties of the buildings. The main hall hosts a fountain imitating a Faberge-egg, serving as a key meeting point.
